• Presently serving as the Director of the Foursquare Emerging Leader Network.
• Presently serving as a member of the Foursquare Institute Advisory Council.
• Adjunct Professor at Life Pacific College, San Dimas, CA, 1992-2001, 2007.
• Dean of Students at Life East Bible College, Christiansburg, VA, from 2001-2002.
• District Youth Representative for the Southern California District of Foursquare Churches, from 1994-2001.
• Youth Pastor at Pasadena Foursquare Church, from 1985-1994.
• Executive Producer of “speakdeep,” an interdenominational worship and prayer event in 2000.
• Authored Ready for Revival - Ten Passions of a Generation Ready to be Used by God, in 1999.
